On behalf of a Key Client Partner, I am currently looking for a Business Analyst to a join an project delivering to the utilities/energy sector for an end user in Germany.

Start: ASAP
Duration: 12months +
Capacity: 8h a day, 5 days a week
Location: fully remote from Germany
Language: German and English

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing the organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching and gathering information, and synthesizing customer requirements. You will be expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team, and make key decisions.

Expert proficiency in EDIFACT is required.

Responsibilities:

*Develop innovative strategies to optimize business processes and systems.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze customer requirements.
*Design and implement solutions to improve business efficiency.
*Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
*Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills:

*Experience with EDIFACT
*SAP Utilities experience
*Experience in the German energy industry with a focus on market communication
*Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools
*Business Process Design
*Requirements Analysis, and Business Model Strategy
