Description

Social Media & Email Specialist

* Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (negotiable DOE) + Bonus

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (1-hour lunch)

* Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, free parking, refreshments, company celebrations, auto-enrolment pension, and flexible hybrid working after probation (4 days in the office, 1 day from home).

Are you a creative and data-driven marketer with a passion for social media and email marketing? This exciting new role offers the chance to shape and implement social media strategies, craft engaging email campaigns, and drive brand awareness for a dynamic and fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest), creating and curating content that resonates with a B2B audience.

* Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including images, videos, and written posts, to foster brand interaction and customer engagement.

* Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and using A/B testing to optimise performance.

* Write compelling copy, and design email templates that align with brand guidelines.

* Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights to continually improve engagement.

* Generate innovative ideas for our clients core brands and design content that resonates with target audiences.

* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent across all channels.

* Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives including content creation and design.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

* 3+ years of experience in social media and email marketing.

* Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with an eye for design.

* Analytical mindset and experience with social media and email marketing tools.

* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to bring innovative ideas to the table.

* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (desirable), or educated at degree level in any other field (essential)

* Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite or similar platform).

* Experience with email marketing platforms. Experience with Klaviyo is a plus.

* Experience of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign highly desirable.

* Experience with product photography, WooCommerce and WordPress is a plus.
