Position: Learning Support Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a dedicated team in Islington. You will work closely with students across either primary or secondary levels, providing essential support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
Provide one-to-one and small group support, focusing on students' specific SEMH requirements.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to monitor and support student progress.
Encourage and motivate students to engage actively in their learning and personal development.What We Offer:
