Due to strong growth in sales, they have created a new role for a dedicated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing hospital accounts in an assigned geographic territory (South Central)

* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish effective business growth processes

* Represent the company at industry tradeshows

* Stay updated with new products, promotions, and other relevant information of interest to customers

* Grow the existing portfolio, including key customers

* Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and various support teams

You Will Have:

* Prior experience selling into hospital settings is essential

* Demonstrated sales account management skills within a territory

* Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record

* Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations

* Financial acumen, including the ability to analyse quarterly trends

* An interest in sports science would be advantageous but not essential

* Up to £40,000 basic salary DOE
