This is an exciting opportunity to join a large client in South West London on a permanent basis as the BI Manager for a new team working in Power BI.
Your soft skills - personality, getting the best from people, motivational presence and leading from the front - are essential in this position, as you will be working with an amazing team of self-starters who need the BI Manager to compliment this dynamic to allow the department to continue operating like a well-oiled machine!

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Learning and Innovation team to define and understand data requirements.
Identify relevant business processes and data sources.
Conduct testing on reports to ensure data accuracy.
Design and develop business intelligence reports and dashboards.
Analyse data and develop insights for decision making.
Provide end-user training on intelligence and insights.
Document and maintain KPIs and reports.Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
Experience leading data-driven business intelligence initiatives.
Ability to manage evolving data requirements.
Passion for data and ability to influence stakeholders.
Experience with Power BI, SQL, and database management.
Ability to lead Power BI adoption across an organisation.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Experience with DevOps and Databricks (preferred).Leadership Competencies:
