Are you a proactive and dedicated professional with experience in facilities management? Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a Assistant Property Manager to join their dynamic team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of a prestigious organisation and play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of service.

As a Assistant Property Manager, you will focus on client services and provide an excellent experience for both internal and external clients. You will be responsible for the organisation, management, and coordination of all workplace operations, building repairs, and resources requirements.

Duties:

Maintain exceptional standards of front of house services.
Oversee staff training and development.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Recruit and train new team members.
Assist with community investment and inclusion initiatives.
Provide support to team leaders and oversee small internal projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors.
Manage team schedules and budgets.
Coordinate reprographics operations and quality control.
Oversee archiving and deeds management.

Requirements:

Direct line management experience.
IWFM and ISOH Qualification desirable or willingness to work towards.
Previous experience ideally within a Team Leader or Facilities Manager position, preferably in a Legal/Financial Environment - Open to Luxury Hotel Management experience also)
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Flexibility to provide occasional out-of-hours assistance.
Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure in demanding environments.
