About the role:

As our EYFS Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our youngest learners. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and independence. Your role will involve planning and delivering lessons that cater to the individual needs of each child, ensuring they develop strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and social skills.

Working closely with the wider teaching team, you will contribute to the development of school-wide initiatives, share best practices, and participate in continuous professional development to enhance your teaching strategies. Your passion for early childhood education will shine through in your creative lesson planning, innovative teaching methods, and ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Experience in teaching within the EYFS framework.

• Strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

• Monitor and assess students’ progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.

• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure holistic development of every child.

• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on students’ progress.
