About the role:

As our new KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging and challenging lessons for students in Year 3 or Year 4 (depending on your expertise). You’ll be joining a close-knit team of dedicated professionals who share a passion for innovation and excellence in teaching. With a focus on developing critical thinking, creativity, and independence in your students, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping their journey towards a bright future.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.

• Experience or strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.

• Use creative teaching methods to inspire a love for learning and foster independent thinking.

• Monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support to help each child achieve their potential.

• Work collaboratively with the KS2 team to develop and share best practices.

• Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
