Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Teacher of Maths to join our school in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. Whether starting in January or Easter 2024, depending on availability, the successful candidate will play a vital role in nurturing students' mathematical skills and helping them achieve their best. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students across different year groups and abilities.
Foster a positive and challenging learning environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Maths department to ensure consistency in teaching and learning.
Engage in school activities, supporting students both academically and personally.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Maths.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Mathematics.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning, with a focus on student progress.
Experience in delivering the Maths curriculum at secondary level is desirable.What We Offer:
