This family run company have a decade long legacy dominating the outdoor manufacturing industry generating an impressive turnover of 20 Million. Specialising in the design, manufacture and install canopies, shelters and outdoor seating for the education, healthcare and sports sectors this company have ambitious plans for nationwide expansion and aims to double its turnover within the next five years. To facilitate this growth, they are seeking a Director of Engineering expert to play a pivotal role in driving the company's expansion plans.

On offer is a rare opportunity for a highly motivated Engineering expert who has experience overseeing manufacturing factories, ideally for modular / offsite projects to join a rapidly expanding contractor in an autonomous role where you will demonstrate your expertise within a dynamic company.

In this role you will be overseeing the Manufacturing department within the business. You will be responsible for working with the Operations Director to create, implement and deliver a number if strategies to improve efficiencies within the factory. In this role you ensure key KPIs are outlined for the engineering team in line with business goal. You will oversee the smooth safe running of the factory.

It is imperative that you have strong Managerial skills with experience managing manufacturing factories team sector with proven ability increase productivity and get the best out of employees.
