Talent84 are delighted to be supporting our exciting manufacturing client with their search for a Sales Administrator to support their busy in-house sales team. The role will entail processing end-to-end sales, speaking with customers and requires exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate may have prior administration experience, however, the main qualities our client seeks is someone who is organised, tech savvy and eager to learn as full training is provided.

Duties

* Provide excellent customer experience from initial enquiry to delivery.

* Build long lasting relationships with customer base.

* Invoicing on financial software.

* Support with delivery arrangements ensuring lead times are adhered to.

* Customer service phone calls.

* Respond to customer emails in polite and professional manner.

* Display excellent product knowledge of companies wide portfolio of products.

Criteria

* Previous administration experience would be highly advantageous.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Computer literate and able to learn new systems and software packages efficiently.

* Organised and able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

* Motivated and eager to learn.

* Impeccable attention to detail
