Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate records and databases.

* Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external parties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Scheduler or in a similar role.

* Excellent time management and organisational skills.

* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

* Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office suite.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
