Customer Service Advisor – Portsmouth

Salary is £22,500 (Depending on Age/Experience)

Radiators 4u are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our fast growing friendly team in Portsmouth.

We pride ourselves on our continued success and looking for a confident person with excellent communication skills, Passionate about helping customers and have the motivation to efficiently handle multiple tasks Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm

Responsibilities

Inbound/outbound customer service calls

*

Handling general enquiries, returns and complaints

*

Corresponding with Customers over the phone and emails

*

Identify a customer needs and deal with them in a timely manner in accordance with our Service level agreement

*

Dealing with after sale queries and issues

*

Managing all admin from beginning to end relating to the customer communication

*

Data entry into our SAP (in-house) system

*

Managing customers expectations

Candidate Qualities & Experience

*

Call centre or non customer-facing customer service experience essential

*

An excellent telephone manner and clear communication skills, must be both written and verbal.

*

Ability to achieve the best outcome for the customer when faced with obstacles

*

Able to work in a high tempo environment

*

Team player, organised and strong attention to detail.

*

Be able to multi task efficiently
