Sales Operations – Business Development

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global commodities trading organisation for a Business Development professional. The role will focus on sales operations including strategic planning, management information, marketing to support client development. Role and Responsibilities:

Analysis of YTD sales alongside the five-year plan to support focused and strategic growth of the FIP business
Through regular meetings with management and global trading teams support in identifying and linking objective and key results for global alignment and strategic focus
Preparation of presentation material for management meetings
Regularly liaising with product leads to identify challenges and support in the development of growth strategies
Liaising with clients, developing relationships, and delivering marketing presentations
Development of product knowledge in order to generate ideas for marketing and revenue growth
Understanding and mapping of personnel requirements for the business – identifying gaps to ensure product and geographical coverage
To take responsibility for your performance and to work together to achieve our organizational goals
To attend training courses which are identified as being necessary for the performance of the role
Skills and Experience:

Experienced within a simlaur position providing strategic business development and operational responsibilities
Business level fluency in English (both written and verbal)
Advanced communication skills
Strong I.T. skills including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Self-starter with the ability to use initiative for problem solving
Resourceful, innovative, and proactive
Personable with the ability to build relationships and communicate with all levels both internally and externally
Desirable:

Ability to speak a second language
Package:
