We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant with a strong sports background to join a school based in Chichester.
Key Responsibilities:
Use sports and physical activities as tools to promote engagement, teamwork, and positive behaviours.
Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Assist in developing and implementing personalised learning plans tailored to each student's needs.
Foster a safe and nurturing environment that encourages personal growth and development.Qualifications:
A background in sports coaching, physical education, or a related field.
Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
Ability to inspire and motivate students through sports and physical activities.
