As a supply teacher doing day to day cover, you will be expected to:

Deliver lessons and work set in accordance with the National curriculum.
Cover a variety of Secondary subjects across key stages 3 to Key stage 5
Maintaining a motivating and engaging leaning environment.
In line with the school behaviour policy, manage classroom behaviours.
Support and monitor students’ progression in lesson.
When required, in line with the school’s marking policy, mark students work.
To apply for this role as a Supply Teacher you must have:

Qualified Teacher status in (QTS)
ECT’s formally known as NQTs are always welcome to apply.
Experience in a UK Secondary School
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
Experience working in schools within the last 2 years

To be paid between £153.84 and £220 per day, depending on experience. This equates to between £29,998 and £42,900 per annum based on working 5 days a week for the full school year.
