About The Role

We are looking for a talented People Support person to join our People Team here at Butlin’s Bognor Regis.

Reporting to the People Partner, you will work directly with our People Support Team along with our HR Advisors and Payroll Manager in a busy office environment and supporting the wider People Team when needed. You will provide daily administration support to the HR function to deliver the highest standards of people support and service, enduring an exceptional experience for every team member you meet. You will provide guidance and support to all Leaders across the resort in-line with company policies.

You will support the absence management policy, checking and filing return to work forms and escalating problems to the HR Advisors and People Partner with end-to-end admin management of our on resort reward schemes, online DBS process, data trackers, key metric and monthly HR dashboard reporting and all processing all data relating to leavers, highlighting any focus areas to improve retention and general office administration.

This is an on-resort role covers 30 hours per week, working pattern to be discussed during interview, with occasional weekend working if the business requires.

About You

You should be computer literate, have the ability to be organised and prioritise your workload effectively and have an interest in keeping up to date with HR related matters.

You will be working with a wide range of leaders and team across the resort so you should have excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge where necessary. You should also be confident in analysing data to identify key trends and make suggestions for change where necessary, and take pride in giving fair and consistent advice.

A CIPD level qualification would be considered advantageous, but what is more important to us is your mindset, hands on experience and ability to pick up new things quickly.
