Description
Processing invoices and reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders.
Settling all outstanding creditors in a timely manner.
Ensuring all invoices are coded and posted correctly.
Managing and maintaining the purchase ledger.
Assisting in the preparation of purchase summaries.
Processing business expense returns and staff outlays.
Checking supplier statements to ensure all is up to date and filed correctly.
Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries.Profile
Be confident with the duties listed above.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work to strict deadlines.
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
