Data Excellence Steward - 12 months - Netherlands - Hybrid

Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking a Data Excellence Steward on behalf of a client in the FMCG sector for the Enterprise Planning project based in Europe. This project involves a digital transformation journey focusing on creating a new organizational structure, future-fit planning capabilities, processes, and best-in-class systems.

Responsibilities:

• Drive a love for digital, data, and a preventive mindset in the company culture.
• Collaborate with the Operational Excellence team to assess and resolve data issues.
• Build and document measures for data quality and ensure active business reviews.
• Create a data definition "Wikipedia" for structural recording of data definitions.
• Conduct technical data assessments to ensure robust data infrastructure.
• Contribute to the data excellence roadmap by implementing foundational improvements.
• Identify areas for data quality improvement automation and process control.
• Provide insights on issue drivers and manage continuous improvement action plans.
• Oversee data-related issues and ensure proactive resolutions.
• Support data literacy by building data definitions and context.

Requirements:

• Minimum B.S. or BA in industrial engineering, supply chain, or digital business.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain with process and data enhancement.
• Experience in change management/transformation projects.
• Proficiency with SAP (ERP), Advanced Planning Systems (preferably E2Open or RapidResponse), and PowerBI.
• Understanding of supply chain data structures and agile/Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
