Responsibilities and requirements of a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to children.
You should:
* Hold a relevant childcare qualification e.g. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare
* Have knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
* Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times, maintaining a secure and nurturing environment.
* Create and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
* Demonstrate a passion for working with children and a genuine interest in their development and well-being
