Makowsky Ringel Greenberg is seeking a carpenter with multi-family (apartment) experience to join our corporate maintenance team. This position does not requires out of town or overnight travel; all assignments are within the Memphis metropolitan area (includes DeSoto and Tunica counties in northwest Mississippi).

Skills needed: cornice work, aristex, siding, wood rails, fences, interior trim, subfloors, tile, sheet-rock, doors, and locks.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience

Knowledge of local codes

Must have the tools necessary to perform the job's duties

Must have reliable transportation suitable for maintenance and repair work (truck or van required)

Must have a valid driving license and proof of current automobile insurance.

Must pass a criminal background check, credit check, and pre-employment drug screening.
