Banquet Servers play a vital role in ensuring every event runs smoothly, from setup to execution, ensuring all guests are well taken care of.

Responsibilities:

Set up banquet areas ahead of events, including arranging tables, chairs, and linens as per the organization's specifications.

Assist in food and beverage preparation, ensuring efficient and accurate serving during events.

Serve food and drinks to guests in a friendly and accommodating manner, adhering to established service protocols.

Collaborate with event coordinators and kitchen staff to ensure seamless event execution.

Attend to guests' needs throughout the event, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

Clear tables and clean up banquet areas post-event, ensuring the proper handling of all equipment.

Follow all health and safety guidelines, especially regarding food handling and sanitation.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Banquet Server or in a similar role is preferred.

Outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.

Physical endurance to stand for long periods and lift items up to 50 pounds.

Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay Rate:

$17.00 per hour
