Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging history lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
Assess, monitor, and record students' progress, providing regular feedback.
Encourage students’ critical thinking, debate, and exploration of historical events and contexts.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and contribute to the school’s curriculum development.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for history.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching history at Key Stages 3 and 4.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
A passion for history and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
