Key Responsibilities:

Provide loving and tailored support to students with special educational needs and disabilities.
Assist in the planning and delivery of individualised learning programs.
Monitor and celebrate student progress, sharing their achievements with teachers and parents.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support student development.
Participate in school activities and events, spreading joy and positivity.Requirements:

Experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting student success.
Relevant qualifications or training in SEND support (preferred but not essential).What We Offer:
