Description

Ensuring safety procedures and protocols are adhered to at all times.
Maintaining and improving the efficiency of the production line.
Performing regular checks and preventative maintenance on machinery.
Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults in a timely manner.
Supporting the engineering team in implementing new processes and systems.
Documenting all engineering activities for future reference.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the company.

A successful Electrical Bias Shift Engineer should have:

An NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
Proven experience in maintaining and improving production lines.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a team and lead when necessary.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
