Contracts Manager - Metal Fabrication

We are currently seeking an experienced Fabrication Contracts Manager to run installation jobs for fabricated structures in industrial and construction environments ensuring both profitability and customer satisfaction.

The Role

Mainly office based with regular requirement to visit sites
Lead a team of project engineers & work closely with Sales Engineer
Ensure contracts are commercially successful, ensuring margins
Plan the work of the site service team
Responsible for Health and safety
Oversight and drafting RAMS
AutoCAD drafting from site measurements
Managing changes to contracts and add on workRequirements

Solid industrial or construction site installation experience with extensive experience working for a fabricator
Sheet metal fabrication knowledge is essential
Likely to have recently held role as: Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Contracts Engineer, Project Engineer, Estimator, or similar.
AutoCAD drawing ability - preferably
Contracts Management & Project Management experience
Experience leading a small team of engineers
Ideally health & safety qualified - IOSSH, NEBOSH, SSSCS, and or experience working with Safe Contractor
Full driving licencePackage

£35K - £50K
