About the role

You will be supporting a wonderful child in Key Stage 1 who requires a calm and nurturing approach. This role is perfect for someone who can set clear boundaries while fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to the child, helping to manage and redirect challenging behavior
Create a safe and engaging learning atmosphere where the child can thrive
Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement personalised strategies
Assist with classroom activities and encourage social interaction with peers

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant you will:

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

Have experience working in Primary Schools
