Whilst this organisation maintains a family feel, they also have the backing of a global group of companies. They believe the excellent reputation they have continued to maintain in the marketplace has been built on providing their clients with ‘first class’ products and the investment they make in their highly skilled workforce – who are always recognised and rewarded.

Due to further, strategic expansion, an opportunity has now arisen for an Industrial Painter to join them at their manufacturing facility in Lincolnshire, on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis. Does this sound like the type of company that can offer you the exciting next step of your career?

In your new role as Industrial Painter, you will take ownership of completing a variety of tasks, including all aspects of paint, dry film lubricant (general preparation, masking, jigging etc, as well as carrying out specific paint shop tasks). For this position, full training will be provided however, my client would ideally like to find someone who has worked within a fast-moving manufacturing environment, who is dependable, responsible and committed to success. Regardless of previous expertise, you will be a great team player and have an eye for detail.

In return, my client is offering a salary of £22,687 - £26,850, dependent on experience, plus an additional 20% shift premium when working on the late shift. Overtime is also readily available, for those who want it and the working hours are as follows:
