Hybrid: 2 days from Home, 3 days in the office

Insights Manager’s Core Duties

* Manage monthly planning cycle, define model and channel objectives

* Hold monthly meetings to agree operational plans

* Manage and report on KPIs and address performance issues

* Compile presentations for senior management as required

* Ensure compliance with emissions trading scheme and report on performance

* Identify ways to enhance team performance and efficiencies

Insights Manager’s Skills Required

* Experience as an Insights Manager within the manufacturing sector

* Experience working within the automotive sector

* Team management experience

* Good analytical skills and highly numerate with advanced Excel skills

* Good project management and organisational skills

* Great communications and interpersonal skills

* Knowledge of market and planning principles
