THE JOB:

Day to day management of a large Contract Catering site
Representing the Contract Caterer during all client meetings.
Management, mentoring and development of the team by providing both positive and constructive feedback.
Development of strong and long-lasting relationships with the Client and their employees as well as strengthening the business’ operation onsite.
Ensuring a complete guest satisfaction in every visit and encouraging return business within both internal and external clientele while remaining in line with the business’ brand image.
Maintenance of the Health and Safety Standards.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Min. 2 years’ General Management experience within Contract Catering sector of the Hospitlaity Industry.
Strong knowledge of Contract Management but also of hospitality as well as meeting and event basics including set ups, operations, forward planning as well as client liaisons.
Keen eye for detail and a sense of luxury without compromise.
Ability to engage with both the team as well as the guests.
Ability to deliver to strict deadlines.
Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control and inventory management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for delivering outstanding service and exceeding client expectations.
