MULTIFAMILY GENERAL CONTRACTOR HAS AN URGENT NEED FOR A TRAVELING CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENTfor projects in the Midwest to include IN, OH and other locations.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES 100% TRAVEL. LIVING AND TRAVEL EXPENSES WILL BE PAID.You can keep your home base wherever you like.

Typical projects are wood frame multifamily and/or assisted living projects.

You will be responsible for directing, and training, the field personnel & site teams on safety, logistics, construction methods and procedures.

You will be responsible for directing the companys field labor & site subcontractors and ensuring safety, schedule, and costs are maintained.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidatesmusthave at least 7 years of experience working in construction, and have been aLEAD SUPERINTENDENTonAT LEAST TWOwood frame multifamily projects in excess of $10M.

EXPERIENCE WITH SITE DEVELOPMENT, (EARTHWORK, GRADING & UNDERGROUND UTILITIES), IS A PLUS.

COMPENSATION:

$125,000-$150,000, per year depending on experience. Bonus potential plusEXCELLENTbenefits package including healthcare benefits. Great travel package!
