BAM FM is recruiting a Bid Writer. The position will involve a mixture of working from home and working out any UK and Ireland office location. BAM operates a flexible working policy.

The FM Bid Writer will be involved in working as part of the Solutions team to draft high quality facilities management responses to tenders and developing Integrated FM service delivery models and case studies.

This role will be working Monday- Friday. (phone number removed)pm. Your mission

Be responsible for the generation of high quality written tender material for multiple soft, hard and integrated facilities management contracts.
• Create and Build a library of bid submission material in line with best practice, ensuring standardised format and continuously improving market perception of BAM FM services.
• Full understanding of solutions documentation to communicate requirements to be included within our submissions.
• Engagement with wider business including Operational and Commercial leads to finalise solution material.
• Identifying pre-written content that may be available to start to develop the proposal.
• Developing and re-writing content into a consistent and excellent proposal style.
• Taking information provided by the individual contributors in the business development team to create responses to questions.

Who are we looking for?

• Demonstrable experience of compelling bid writing material within FM sector.
• Solid knowledge of FM market and quality written responses.
• Experience coordinating .
• Excellent commercial awareness coupled with a strategic mind-set.
• Competent knowledge of IT packages.
• Excellent organisational, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent people skills &communication skills.
• Achieve set standards and operate to performance criteria.
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment.
• Experience of working within a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
