We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to help oversee the smooth running of exams. As an Exam Invigilator, you'll play a key role in ensuring that exams are conducted fairly and in accordance with all guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Setting up exam venues and ensuring they are ready for students
* Distributing exam materials (e.g., papers, pens)
* Supervising students during the exam to prevent cheating or misconduct
* Assisting with timekeeping and ensuring exam conditions are met
* Collecting exam scripts and materials after the exam
* Reporting any issues or irregularities to the exam coordinator
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Reliability and punctuality are essential
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a quiet environment
* Flexible availability, especially during exam periods
