Vertical Recruitment are working with an Independent Building Consultancy in Stockport who are looking for an Architectural Technician to join their growing team.

The Role

You will be part of the surveying team offering support the delivery of key architectural and technical designs across various projects. You will also be responsible to produce building survey drawings from the in-house surveyors and overseeing all design work, making sure it’s company standard before issuing to the clients.

Key Requirements:

* Degree in Architectural Technology, or related field.

* Proven experience in a similar architectural technician role within a building consultancy or architectural practice.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD

* Ability to produce accurate technical drawings

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in client-facing roles.

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
