Manufacturing Process Engineer

Scantec are recruiting a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our clients growing Manufacturing Technology team.
The right person for this role will support the design, launch, and optimisation of both new and existing processes to meet customer needs.

The Job:

Develop standardised production methods aligned with business goals.
Create equipment specifications to meet performance, quality, and financial targets.
Implement robust industrialisation processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
Manage control documentation (WI, Process Flow, PFMEA) and lead process standardisation.
Drive improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Analyse product/process data to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure Lean Manufacturing principles are applied across the value stream.

What you’ll need to have:

Relevant Engineering degree or equivalent industrial experience.
Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in problem-solving and MS Office.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing and training delivery.
Excellent communication, organisational, and teamworking skills.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

CNC machining experience, IATF knowledge, Six Sigma certification
