My client is a highly-rated and expanding firm which is well-known for the quality of its commercial offering, and which is seeking to recruit an employment lawyer to bolster its Cambridge team.

Acting for a predominantly respondent-focused client base, you will undertake a range of contentious and non-contentious matters including:

* Drafting of employment contracts and staff handbooks

* Defending discrimination claims

* Preparing cases to be heard at tribunal

* TUPE and corporate support

* Wrongful dismissal claims

This is an exceptional opportunity for an employment lawyer seeking exposure to high quality work on a regular basis and to work with an impressive client base, as well as to be part of a team spread across the firm’s offices made up of genuinely nice people!

It is anticipated that you will have accrued in the region of 1-3yrs PQE within the employment law field acting for respondents within a well-regarded national or regional heavyweight, and will be looking to bring this experience to a firm where you can grow and develop your career.
