Support Engineer – Field Based
We are looking for someone who can support customers with technical issues across various customer sites covering the South East. You will need to have worked within a service environment with experience of Windows based IT Systems with any experience of Canon printers and franking machines a real advantage.
Full training on company products will be provided, as this is a field based role there will be a 17.5% uplift on offered salary and vehicle.
Required Skills and Experience:
Background working in a service role providing support to clients.
Ideally previous experience within a field-based role, although not essential.
Knowledge of Windows based IT Systems
Strong communication and customer service skills, this is a client facing role.
Flexibility to travel across the Southeast, manage own diaries and work with clients to resolve technical issues.
Responsible for providing training to clients on the use of products and deal with any documentation
