Supervising Social Worker - Outstanding Ofsted

Salary between £35,500 and £41,500 per annum

NonStop Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the Yorkshire area, on a permanent basis. They have an Outstanding Ofsted rating, so you will be part of a very nice working environment.

Responsibilities:

The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of 8 - 10 foster carers in Yorkshire. The role is mostly supervision of the foster carers, so you will not have to complete Form F Assessments on top. They have a team of Independent Social Workers that are completing the Form Fs, so you will not have to do it.

They are a therapeutic fostering agency and they provide ongoing therapeutic training.

Thus is a hybrid role with one day per week work from their office in Doncaster.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or in a Looked After Children Team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
