We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a fab employer based in the West Sussex area. The HR Advisor will be working within their busy HR team, working on a hybrid basis, supporting the HR function in providing advice and guidance, recruitment cycle, HR policies, procedures, performance management and employee wellbeing.

Salary: up to £45K + excellent company benefits

Hours: 35 hour working week Mon-Fri

Location: Hybrid working

HR Advisor duties:

Build effective working relationships with staff at all levels, providing advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and HR related issues
Ensure accurate records of staff absence and approved leave are maintained
Make sure all HR related policies are regularly reviewed
Assist with the new starter process including collating new employee files, sending offer packs, issuing of contracts, following up relevant administration etc.
Provide generalist experience across a range of HR issues leading to the design and implementation of solutions
Assist the HR administrators with ensuring the SAP system is kept up-to-date and that accurate electronic personnel files are maintained for the network and information is relevant.
Support Managers and employees in all aspects of employee welfare, performance, development and progression
Assist the HR Manager with induction and training events Skills & Experience:

Proven experience working in a similar HR Advisory, HR Generalist type role
CIPD Level 5
Previous HR experience of managing complex employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance and performance processes
Good IT skills - Google, Word, Excel and ideally have used SAP Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
