An established leader in digital transformation is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional eager to sell cutting-edge solutions to C-level executives across the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Full sales cycle management—from prospecting to closing deals.

* Researching market trends to identify and resolve business challenges.

* Presenting and negotiating with senior stakeholders.

* Communicating the value of our innovative digital transformation solutions.

Ideal Candidate

* You are ambitious, results-oriented, and have minimum 3 years of solid sales experience (software sales a real benefit). You excel at building relationships, closing complex 50k+ deals, and working under pressure. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and public sector experience is also a plus.

Perks

* £50-65,000 per annum based on experience + double basic in OTE

* Uncapped commission
