FPR Group are currently recruiting for driven and ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their successful team of recruiters in Havant in our NEWLY refurbished office. We will offer a highly competitive starting salary of £25000, with commission on top of this you can expect to earn at least £28000 in your first year with us!

As well as learning day to day from our established recruiters we are also offering the opportunity to complete a comprehensive 15-month course through "recruitment juice" leading to professional recruitment industry qualifications. You will be fully supported by your manager, the team and an external mentor giving you the best possible head start over other trainee recruiters so that you can truly succeed in our amazing industry!

The team specialise in recruiting permanent manufacturing, technical & engineering candidates for jobs across sectors such as Aerospace, Automotive, Automation, Filtration, FMCG, Life Sciences, IT and Marine.

What do I need?

You will require a minimum Grade C in both GCSE English and Maths to qualify for the Level 3 Diploma in Recruitment.
It is expected that you will either be a recent graduate or possess at least 2 years' work experience incorporating a customer service aspect.
