What You’ll Do:

* Be the face of our company to your clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring their needs are met.

* Drive account growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.

* Own the relationship—build trust, solve problems, and act as the go-to person for your clients.

* Lead projects and work with internal teams to deliver world-class solutions on time and within budget.

* Track performance and provide data-driven recommendations to help clients meet their goals.

What We’re Looking For:

* 2-5 years of account management experience in a client-facing role.

* A natural communicator who can build strong relationships and handle tough conversations with ease.

* Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects at once.

* Problem-solver with a proactive mindset—you don’t wait for things to go wrong; you anticipate and act!

* Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
