Immediate Start
£24.4k - £32.7k Annual
Full-Time
We're looking for a passionate Support Worker to join our Care Leaving Service in Nantwich, supporting young people aged 16-25 as they transition into independent living. With a salary between £24,440 and £32,708, this is a permanent role with both full-time and part-time options, working a 2 on 4 off shift pattern, including sleep-ins.
In this role, every day will be different as you provide care, guidance, and support to young people, helping them build confidence and achieve positive outcomes. Plus, you can earn bonuses for long service, completing qualifications, and even referring friends to join our team. If you’ve already got a Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification, you could qualify for a £1000 bonus when you join us!
To apply, you’ll need a full UK driving license and be confident using Microsoft Office (or willing to learn). If you’re ready for a truly rewarding career where you can help transform lives, we’d love to hear from you
