Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and customer -oriented Customer Account Executive to join our sales department. The ideal candidate needs to an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and self-directed individual with excellent communication skills, committed to going above and beyond for our customers

The Customer Account Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer enquiries and working across departments to advocate customer needs. They will support the sales team by managing the smaller clients as well as customer service emails, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Customer Account Assistant responsibilities include but not limited to:

Customer interaction:

·Responding promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email and website chat.

·Be the conduit for customer complaints or concerns into the organisation and handle them with patience and professionalism

·Provide product and service information, pricing and availability to customers.

·Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

·Maintain and strengthen personal relationships with customers to foster loyalty.

· Advocate for customers within the organization to ensure their interests are represented and addressed.

Order Processing:

·Process customer orders and returns efficiently, paying close attention to detail.

·Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.

Data Entry and Documentation

·Maintain accurate and organised customer recording in SAP and CRM system, including contact details and customer pricing.

·Support Head of sales with preparing and maintaining reports relating to customer interaction, orders and enquiries.

Issue resolution

·Investigate and resolve customer issues, such has billing discrepancies and work in collaboration with the quality department to resolve product/ service problems

·Escalate complex issues to high-level support or management as needed.

·Address potential issues proactively to prevent escalation and improve customer satisfaction.

Communication

·Communicate with customers regarding pricing issues and delivery dates and address any customer needs and concerns effectively.

·Reaching out to our clients to see if there is a way we can further support their current business needs.

·Work effectively within cross-functional teams to address customer needs and coordinate with various departments to ensure a unified approach to customer service

·Facilitate quick and effective responses to customer enquiries and issues.

Administration

·Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, organizing and managing customer documentation

·Support the sales team with loading information into CRM

·Support with any other task that may arise for the benefit of the organisation and the customer.

Desired Experience:

·Strong communication skills

·Good maths and English Skills (GCSE grade 5+)

·Customer-centric mindset and commitment to offering exceptional service.

·Ability to work independent and as part of a team.

·Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·Proven ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with diverse groups of people.

·Effective team player with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

·Strong problem-solving skills to address issues before they escalate.

·Customer-centric approach with a focus on developing personal relationships.

·Proficient in managing customer expectations and delivering on commitments.

·Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
