We are currently supporting a school who we have had a strong relationship with for many years in recruiting a SEN Teacher PMLD to join their amazing team.
Responsibilities
It is important for this school that the SEN Teacher PMLD recruited is able to liaise with parents and provide feedback on student achievements and progress.
The successful SEN Teacher PMLD will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parent's evenings.
The SEN Teacher PMLD hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
The SEN Teacher PMLD chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.
Qualifications/Experience
You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
