Location: Walnut Tree / Brooklands Farm, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Contract Type: Permanent Placement (Starting January)
Salary: Paid to Scale (M1 - UPS3)
Hours: Full-time, Standard Teaching Hours with Full Teaching Responsibilities

Position Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Drama Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Milton Keynes, starting in January. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring Drama lessons to students across a range of abilities, fostering a love for the arts and helping students develop confidence and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic Drama lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Encourage student participation and creativity through practical performances and theoretical studies.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support learning and development.
Create an inclusive, stimulating classroom environment that nurtures students' artistic expression.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Drama curriculum.
Participate in school events, productions, and extracurricular activities related to Drama.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
A strong passion for Drama and the ability to inspire students in the subject.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Experience teaching Drama at secondary level, with the ability to differentiate instruction for varying abilities.
Enthusiasm for contributing to the school's wider artistic and performance-based events.What We Offer:
