We seek a motivated and experienced Cleaning Contract Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all cleaning operations and contracts in the Hertfordshire to Essex area.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all cleaning operations and contracts
Ensure that all contracts are maintained in accordance with established standards
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment
Develop and manage budget for cleaning operations
Monitor and review contract performance to ensure quality and efficiency
Monitor and evaluate the performance of subcontractors
Respond to customer complaints and requests
Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of supplies and materials.
Prepare and submit reports to management.
Requirements:
Experience in both delivery of cleaning operations and contract management
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Information about the role:
Salary ranges from £40,000 to £45,000 per annum depending on experience
Company car/van
Company mobile and laptop provided
The role will be subject to a basic DBS
