£45,000 - £65,000 / annum DOE.
Day shift.

Kenton Black Group are currently recruiting for a Production Manager for a Manufacturing firm based in Wolverhampton. Our client manufactures high quality parts for the leisure sector.

40 hrs per week – 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.

Production Manager - The Role:

This is a hands on role, duties will include welding, assembly, press brake.
To manage all aspects of the workshop.
To promote and track a H&S culture.
To have knowledge of CNC machines, which will be introduced to the factory in the coming months.
Process & Procedure management.
Provide coaching and development for production staff and implement training procedures.
Manage daily operations to meet productivity and efficiency targets.

Production Manager - Skill Requirements:

Experience with CNC Machinery & Press Brake.
Experience with Welding, Fabrication and assembly.
Ability to read and interpret complex Engineering drawings.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Be able to delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end.
Have led Continuous Improvement/Change Management Activities to improve on-time delivery.
Knowledge and experience of quality management systems.
Apprentice trained (preferable).
