Salary - £33,176 - £35,596 per annum
Location - Portsmouth
Hours - Full time or part time available

Summary
Appoint Healthcare are proud to partner with an extremely reputable leading national provider of health and social care services for males with mental health needs and learning disabilities. Together we are seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Learning Disability Nurse ( RMN or RNLD ) for their male high dependency, mental health hospital based in Portsmouth.

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse ( RMN & RNLD ), you will ensure younger males in this high dependency, mental health hospital receive high-quality care, while promoting positive teamwork. Caring for conditions including psychosis, bipolar disorder, self-harm, substance misuse and sexual offending.

Providing community - focused rehabilitation services within a full care pathway, working across two wards.

Requirements

A relevant nursing qualification - Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Learning Disability Nurse ( RMN & RNLD )
A valid NMC registration with no restrictions
Eligibility to live and work in the UK
A minimum of two years of mental health / acute / PICU / forensic / low - high secure / NHS or private experience
Strong team-working skills
A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
