Our client, a highly reputable main contractor based in Burton-on-Trent are offering up to £60k DOE for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team. The Contracts Manager will be working on a range of projects, particularly dilapidation works on commercial buildings with values ranging from £30k up to £4 million. It is envisioned that a successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience as a project manager in the construction industry.

With 12 permanent staff and £30 million turnover annually, this is an excellent opportunity for progression and to grow alongside the business.
